CONTRACT
Ideal Tours acts as a service provider in the field of tourism, and regarding all the bookings you make using our website, Ideal Tours acts as an agent to supply hotel accommodation to you. All arrangements named in your booking, such as but not limited to accommodation, transfers and insurance are arrangements made between you and the principal supplier of those arrangements. The responsibility to fulfill the terms of these arrangements is incumbent upon you and the principal suppliers of those arrangements. All relevant documentation will be sent to you via email, it is important to check carefully all the details of your booking once you receive it. Ideal Tours will not be responsible for any information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.

Reservations should be made as early as possible especially if you are travelling in the peak season (Christmas and Easter)
TOUR PRICE
Tour prices are quoted in USD, based on the lowest category rates, program inclusions, and hotel/cruise category depend on your service selections. Self Catering: No meals, however, the room will have kitchen facilities. Room Only: No meals and no kitchen facilities. Bed & Breakfast: Continental Breakfast only unless otherwise stated. Half Board: Breakfast and Evening meal - no drinks. Full Board: Breakfast, Lunch and Evening meal - no drinks. All Inclusive: Breakfast, Lunch and Evening meal, unlimited snacks (as per each individual hotel's service) and also local alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks. VAT is usually included in the cost of all accommodation in Egypt & to countries outside Egypt. This is not reclaimable by VAT registered persons.
OUR PRICE GUARANTEE
At the time of booking, all prices shown in our website are subject to availability. As we act as agent and are advertising product provided by third party travel providers, prices are subject to change at any time. We guarantee that once you have made your booking, we will not increase the price of your accommodation this excludes changes to VAT or Government Taxes.
Please note: once you have agreed a price and made your booking this is the price you pay. If the price decreases, you are not entitled to the accommodation at the changed rate.
QUOTATIONS AND VALIDITY
All quotations are subject to availability of services quoted and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and deposit received. Quotes are valid for 7 days from issue date. Ideal Tours reserves the right to increase prices accordingly.
FULL PAYMENT
Once your tour package is finalized and a booking form is received we will email you a payment request. A 50% deposit is required to make the booking. Full payment will be due 21 days prior to your arrival to Egypt. Once receiving the payment a confirmation voucher will be sent to you with all your booking details and all relevant pre departure information.
LATE BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Bookings and Payments made within 21 days of arrival to Egypt, full amount must be transferred to our bank account. NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR LATE BOOKINGS.

Normal check in/out times vary by property, but as a rule please use this guide.

NUMBER OF NIGHTS
The number of nights stated in the price online refers to the number of nights the accommodation has been reserved for you. Some flights may be night flights; when you arrive in hotels/ cruises. Your accommodation will only be available if you have reserved it for that night.
CHILD AGES
Different Hotels / Cruises specify different maximum ages for passengers to be classed as children, though the most common maximum child age is 12 years old at the time of travel, up to and including the day of departure. Anyone 12 years old & above will be considered an adult. If you are traveling with children up to 12 years old, only 2 children are allowed in one room.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you have any special request that do not form part of the standard accommodation services as described in this website (for example room location, bed type, adjacent rooms, disability needs) please let us know, we will pass on all such requests to the relevant supplier, but unfortunately these cannot be guaranteed, these are purely requests. Furthermore if the accommodation provider is unable to meet such requests, neither we nor they can have any liability to you in this respect.
Every effort will be made by your tour operator or supplier to meet your request, however, special requests are only requests and not guaranteed.
BANK TRANSFER
Payment can be made by wire bank transfer. Fluctuations in the currency exchange rate on the day of the purchase may result in a slight difference in the totals. Please note the wire transfer incurs bank transfer fees (on both sides). You will need to ensure your payment covers these fees.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
If paying by credit card, according to our bank regulations, the following documents are required to enable our accountant to charge your credit card for the service agreed:
- A copy of your passport.
- A copy of both sides of your credit card with your own signature
- An authorization letter to the company allowing the withdrawal of the required amount from your credit card with original signature (same one should appear in your credit card and passport)
- These documents should be given to our representative upon your arrival at the airport, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with your request.
These documents would be kept for four months to be provided upon request from the bank
Cancellation and Refund policy
- The company would cancel upon the bank request any fraudulent transaction.
- The refund must be done in the same card used for the purchase of the original transaction.
CANCELLATION
Once a partial or full payment has been made cancellations will only be accepted in writing via fax or email. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received. All cancellations must be received prior to the tour departure date.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for delays, inconveniences, accidents, injuries or expenses of any kind resulting entirely or in part from the negligence of others or from causes beyond our control. Participants assume all risks of personal injury and aggravation of any medical condition related in any way to the activities of the tour. Baggage and other personal property are the responsibility of the owner and we are not liable for any loss.
COMPLAINTS
If you have any complaint during your stay, please let us know by contacting the local representative whose details are listed on your voucher in order for us to resolve them immediately. If your problems are not resolved, you can contact.
NB please bear in mind that we act only as agent for the principal(s) concerned and therefore cannot accept any liability for your arrangements. Any assistance provided in resolving a complaint in relation to any arrangements is provided on a goodwill basis and in our capacity as agent only.
RESPONSIBILITY WAIVER
This agreement is governed by the Egyptian Law and all disputes arising under or in connection with it shall be referred to an Egyptian Court.
GOVERNING LAW
Ideal Tours acts as a tour operator. Our tours and arrangements are the sole property of Ideal Tours and cannot be reproduced in any form. In addition, we will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or any other irregularity that may be occasioned by any defect in any vehicle, accident, or any other form of error or default of any company and/or person engaged in conveying passengers, carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection therewith.
