Early Morning, Departure by A/ C car to Aswan. Upon arrival, Embarkation in Nile Cruise
To Start 3 nights Ex. Aswan" visit Philae Temple situated on an island, the last place to practice the ancient Egyptian religion, the Isis Temple was closed in the 6th. Century AD by the Emperor Justinian, then proceed to visit the High Dam. Lunch on board. Afternoon, felucca trip around Elephantine Island, free evening with the possibility of a free walk in Aswan typical market. Dinner & overnight on board.
DAY 6: ASWAN / KOMOMBO / EDFU:
Early morning, sail to Komombo. Visit the Ptolemaic Temple of “Sobek and Haroeris” at Kom Ombo. The god Sobek is represented as a crocodile. Haroeris is a form of the hawk or falcon deity Horus. Lunch Proceed sailing to Edfu, departure by a/c car to visit the Temple of God Horus at Edfu, the best preserved temple in Egypt, it was built during the Ptolemaic era on an older temple site. Proceed sailing to Luxor, passing by the lock of ESNA. Dinner & overnight on board.
DAY 7: EDFU /LUXOR
Early morning, sail to Luxor, Departure by a/c bus to visit the Temples of Karnak, fill most of our day today. Luxor was the center of government during the New Kingdom and each Pharaoh wanted to leave something impressive at Karnak. Obelisks and temples abound. Lunch. Then proceed to visit Luxor temple. Back to Boat. Dinner & overnight.
DAY 8: LUXOR
Early morning, Departure by a/c car visit to valley of Kings, Queen Hatshepsut Temple famous Deir el Bahari, called “the Most Splendid of All” by the ancient Egyptians & tombs of Nobles. At the end, we stop at the Colossus of Memnon. .Back to hotel. Dinner & overnight in Hotel.
DAY 9: LUXOR / SHARM EL SHEIKH
After Breakfast, Departure to Luxor Airport for Domestic flight to Sharm El Sheikh. Check in hotel for 4 NTS.
DAY 13: SHARM EL SHEIKH / CAIRO
Early Mooring, Departure to Cairo.
